My specialisation
My background is in HR, in language teaching for young families in Egypt and Germany, and as the founder of a female-led start-up. I have hosted online shows, organised a German-Egyptian trade fair, and designed and delivered workshops in schools — in contexts of intercultural learning and peace education. My work helps groups navigate complexity, cultural differences and power dynamics with clarity and emotional intelligence. People who suffer under cultural differences, in particular, find in my facilitation a sense of calm and a growing confidence in themselves. My long-term vision is to foster intercultural understanding and peace — by strengthening authentic communication and reliable trust across diverse teams and cultures.
